3.A balanced diet

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, more and more nutritious foods containing high levels of protein, fat and calories have been introduced to our diet. As a result, fat people can be seen everywhere.

Keep a balanced diet

Being too fat may cause such fat related diseases as heart attack, hypertension, etc. Seeing that they are getting too fat, some people go on a diet that's too stringent or too lean in order to lose weight. Consequently, they suffer from other diseases such as anemia and malnutrition.

Some people eat to live, but there are others who live to eat. We are what we eat. To live a long and healthy life, we must learn to have a balanced diet. What is a balanced diet based on? A balanced diet is based on three basic principles from Internet: 1.Meeting the body’s calorie or energy requirements.2.Meeting nutritional requirements. 3.Eating a varied diet, which means eating foods from all the groups. A diet which includes meat, fish, vegetables and fruit is, of course, ideal. If you watch your diet, then you won't have to suffer the pain of going on a diet.

Having too much rich food all the time is no good, nor is it much good to have too simple a diet. We shouldn't go to either extreme. If we want to keep fit, we should have a balanced diet. Remember a well-balanced diet plus proper exercises can keep us healthy and energized all the time.
